Council of Superintendents (COS)

The Council of Superintendents serves as governing body for the Solano County SELPA. The COS reviews and adopts local policies and procedures and the annual service and budget plan for the SELPA.

Governance and Finance Committee

The Governance and Finance Committee is comprised of district special education directors and business officials, the SELPA Assistant Superintendent, the SELPA Fiscal Analyst and the Chair of the Council of Superintendents (COS).

The Governance and Finance Committee discusses, reviews and develops recommendations, as appropriate, for the consideration of the COS.

Application for Membership in Solano County SELPA

Districts, including charter schools operating as a Local Education Agency, and SELPAs may apply for membership in the Solano County SELPA.

To initiate this process, send a letter of interest to the Assistant Superintendent of Solano County SELPA and submit a completed application (below) and include the required supporting documents.
